Create your individual customer account, enter your cargo and journey details, and submit the request in the customer app. The operations team then coordinates your shipment.
02How is the transport price agreed?+
Quotes and transport arrangements are discussed over the phone with the operations team. There is no automatic price calculator or online payment on this website.
03Can I follow my shipment?+
Yes. The customer app shows delivery milestones updated by the driver. Precise truck locations are available only to the operations team.
04How can a driver join CAMELINK?+
Our operations team creates driver accounts and links each driver to an approved truck. Driver registration is handled by the team, rather than through public self-registration.
05What if my shipment details change?+
Contact the operations team by phone. They handle changes and cancellations and keep the shipment information updated.
